Management & Consulting Group. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Front Desk / Guest Services Rep to warmly greet guests, handle check-ins, answer questions and coordinate requests to keep each stay running smoothly.

As part of the Schooner II Beach & Racquet Club team, you’ll work in a busy environment, stay organized and calm, and contribute to guest experiences by coordinating activities and collaborating with maintenance and staff to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for.

Formación

• Be personable and organized for front desk duties.
• Ability to handle guest requests with calm efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Be the welcoming first face guests see, handling check-ins, questions and requests to keep every stay running smoothly.
• Lead the maintenance team in keeping the property running smoothly, from daily repairs to preventive upkeep.
• Keep the property in great shape by handling routine repairs and upkeep across guest units and common areas.

• Help guests make the most of their stay by organizing and leading recreational activities and events around the resort.
