Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar applications.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle inquiries, check-in/out, and reservations.
• Maintain professional, cheerful demeanor at all times.
• Use suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Ensure accurate billing and prepare guest folios.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and provide solutions.
