Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle inquiries, check-in/out, and reserve rooms with courteous efficiency.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, cross-department coordination, and using room‑level systems to process payments and reservations. Candidates should have hospitality experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner and handle inquiries.
• Check-in/out guests and reserve rooms.
• Respond to reservations, hotel information and guest concerns promptly.
• Cross-check billing instructions and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments as needed.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain front desk log and ensure safety procedures are followed.
