Job summary

Extended Stay America is hiring a Guest Services Representative at our Marietta, GA location. The role involves assisting guests, answering phones, checking in/out, and collecting payments in line with company guidelines.

You will also handle front desk paperwork and uphold safety standards across the property. You will promote ESA’s service culture, address guest needs with courtesy, and contribute to a clean, welcoming lobby and breakfast area.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for payments and balancing cash.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payments.
• Resolve guest requests using Make it Right process and treat guests with respect.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby and common areas.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Follow safety and security policies and guidelines.
