Extended Stay America in Columbia, SC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist guests, answer phones, check-in and out, and handle payments per corporate guidelines.

You will maintain front desk areas, promote ESA services, collect guest information, and support sales by converting inquiries into reservations. The role requires teamwork, attention to safety, and compliance with all hotel policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to interact with guests and vendors in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process and uphold ESA service culture.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Setup, maintain, and takedown breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Keep front desk, lobby and guest areas clean and organized.
