Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative at our Massachusetts property to welcome guests, answer questions, process check-ins and check-outs, and handle payments in accordance with company policies. The role emphasizes delivering friendly service and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

You will also assist with breakfast setup, coordinate with housekeeping as needed, and uphold safety and security standards while promoting ESA's guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests and respond to requests with timely follow-through.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and check-outs according to guidelines.
• Support front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized lobby and desk area.
• Promote ESA brand and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Assist with safety, security, and daily reporting.
