Residence Inn Providence Lincoln is seeking a Room Attendant to help maintain guest rooms and public areas. You will stock carts, clean rooms, make beds, replenish linens and amenities, and report any issues to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of housekeeping, proper chemical handling, and experience with vacuums and laundry equipment. Ability to communicate in English and work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers.
• Ability to understand and speak some English.

Responsabilidades

• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies and linens.
• Clean guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and trash.
• Change and replenish bed linens and amenities as needed.
• Clean designated areas including restrooms and public spaces.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Respond to guest requests and log guest property as required.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and learn assignments.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when needed.
• Ensure rooms are completed within set standards.
