Job summary

Residence Inn Providence Lincoln is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily and long-term housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, on-site laundry, and back-of-house areas. You will ensure adherence to brand standards and budget while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals handling and storage.
• Experience with vacuums and commercial washers/dryers.
• English proficiency; multilingual ability helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of housekeeping and onsite laundry facility, including scheduling.
• Educate and train staff to hotel standards with proper tools.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to manage performance.
• Issue daily assignments to housekeepers and laundry attendants.
• Supervise and inspect daily cleaning of guest rooms and areas.
• Maintain ongoing cleaning programs and inventory management.
• Conduct monthly department meetings and coordinate with maintenance.
• Assist with resolving guest complaints and budget staffing needs.
