Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to lift and carry heavy trays.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve guest issues per brand standards.
• Excellent conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting.
• Present menu, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Deliver food orders timely and courteously.
• Enter orders into POS and serve from kitchen/bar.
• Observe guests and fulfill additional requests.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Clear and reset tables at end of service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with hotel team to create memorable service.
