Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Manager on Duty to provide exceptional guest service and manage evening/early morning operations. You will respond to guest requests, communicate with management, and uphold hotel revenue strategies.

The role requires maintaining a professional lobby and coordinating with other departments while ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency operating a property management system (PMS) to post charges, compute bills, collect payments and make change.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business by taking future reservations and offering alternatives.
• Identify sales leads from guest interactions and report to management.
• Keep other departments informed of special requests, late check-outs and guest needs.
