Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a capable front office leader to ensure exemplary guest service and efficient operating standards. This role acts as Manager on Duty, responds to guest requests, and drives friendly hospitality while following hotel procedures to maximize revenue.

The position requires strong communication with management, the ability to manage night and early morning shifts, and a focus on maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations, sales, telesales, service or guest relations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations for similar brand products.
• Report potential sales leads and guest issues to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain stock/cleanliness of market area and assist other departments as needed.
