Oxford Collection of hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for part-time work in Boise, ID. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests, and providing information about local area attractions and hotel amenities.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, amenities, packages and promotions, and local area offerings.
• Document guest requests or problems and notify appropriate departments.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• May drive the hotel shuttle or vehicle as needed.
• Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shifts.
