Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, create a welcoming first impression, and contribute to memorable experiences across our properties. You will engage guests, handle check-in/out, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, adaptable, and ready to participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Front desk/ hospitality experience is a plus, not required.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure and provide local information.
• Process registrations and payments accurately.
• Communicate guest needs to designated departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Oxford Collection standards.
• Answer phones promptly and log messages.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Prepare daily activity logs and shift reports.
