Qualifications

• 0–1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional communication style.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn PMS.
• Attention to detail with reservations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and room assignments.
• Provide information on amenities, promotions, and local attractions.
• Answer calls and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
