Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree preferred.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and handle multiple guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently, verifying reservations and handling payment.
• Handle reservations and inquiries; assist guests with room assignments and changes as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and address issues.
