Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fine dining cuisines including French and Continental.
• Knowledge of wine and wine pairings.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service of food and beverage to guests.
• Greet guests and execute room sets as needed based on orders.
• Coordinate all orders to avoid partial deliveries and ensure hot/cold accuracy.
