Wind Creek Chicago Southland seeks a Ticket Writer - Sportsbook to manage the cash drawer, write and pay sportsbook tickets, and assist guests with wagering questions. You will reconcile cash at shift end and ensure accurate paperwork while upholding service standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 21+, and ideally possess sportsbook or cash-handling experience. The role requires strong math, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or 6 months to complete GED.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Experience in sportsbook or cash handling preferred.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and casino data.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
• Understand and comply with IGB rules and regulations.
• Must have a valid Illinois Occupational License and driving record (as required).

Responsabilidades

• Accurately write and pay sportsbook tickets.
• Operate wagering terminal and perform maintenance tasks.
