A leading fitness franchise in York County is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide superior customer service to members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a commitment to ensuring an exceptional experience in a Judgement Free environment. Responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have 6–12 months of customer service experience, be at least 18 years old, and basic computer skills. Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate if necessary.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Perform membership-related functions.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours.
• Execute retail transactions.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns.
