InnVentures, operating Homewood Suites Windsor Locks, CT, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with courtesy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly, efficient, and error-free check-in and check-out for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions/resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including taking messages and making reservations.
• Follow credit handling procedures and post/reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork across departments.
