Job summary

Extended Stay America in Boston-Waltham area is seeking a Guest Services Representative. You will assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments per company guidelines while maintaining front desk operations and daily paperwork.

You’ll uphold ESA service standards, handle guest requests, promote the brand, and contribute to a clean, safe lobby and public areas. Prior front desk experience is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have good command of English for guest interactions.
• Proficient operation of property management system and shift report audits.
• Familiarity with safety rules and operating manuals required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized front desk and public areas.
