East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for owners and guests in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting. You will handle requests, solve problems, and provide seamless support before, during, and after each stay.

The role requires strong communication and time-management skills, with at least one year of hospitality experience and a high school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math/writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure billing accuracy and efficiently process all transactions.
• Communicate clearly with other departments via radio and phone.
• Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed.
