Includes handling guest payments, up-selling, and maintaining guest records with integrity while delivering a welcoming, professional guest experience in a busy hotel environment near Tucson.

Responsibilities

• Books guest reservations and coordinates with reservation center.
• Registers guests into the hotel promptly and courteously; handles group check-ins and VIP arrivals.
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Handles confidential guest information with integrity.
• Answers and routes calls; takes guest messages accurately.
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the GM.
• Offers wake-up calls and records guest information in logs.
• Replenishes continental breakfast and keeps area clean.
• Ensures lobby and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Performs laundry as directed and handles cash/transactions per policy.
• Balances cash and posts charges; prepares deposits and bank counts.
• Transmits and receives messages via computer, phone, email, and switchboard.
• Maintains a professional image and follows company policies.
