Job summary

InTown Suites in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently and professionally at the front desk. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while supporting front office operations in the GM’s absence.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, basic math skills, and strong computer proficiency. Fluency in English and a professional demeanor are essential; occasional travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information from reports and internal hotel info.
• Read, speak, write and understand English fluently.
• Basic math skills to calculate revenue, occupancy, and balancing cash.
• General computer proficiency and front office software knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations accurately and courteously.
• Represent the hotel professionally, check guests in and out promptly.
• Proficient in computer operating systems and front desk software.
• Available to address guest issues in a professional manner.
• Notify GM of any guest, employee, or cash concerns immediately.
• Provide guidance to staff as needed and ensure safety standards.
• Assist in bank deposits in GM’s absence and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
