Responsabilités

• Book guest reservations and coordinate with reservation center.
• Register guests into the hotel and assign rooms.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Answer and route calls; take guest messages accurately.
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed by GM.
• Provide wake‑up call services upon request.
• Record guest information in the pass‑on log.
• Balance cash and complete cashier’s reports at shift end.
