Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for Spark Tucson Airport, a part-time front desk role in Tucson, AZ. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer calls, and ensure a seamless hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in front desk operations, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. The position offers hourly pay of $16.00 and eligibility for the company benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Standing to greet guests as they arrive, personal recognition
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed
• Count cash, ensure proper cash handling, report over/shorts
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with washing and folding laundry as needed
• Push, pull, and carry at least 25lbs
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PII data properly
• Follow check-in/out procedures and retrieve IDs and payment
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet objectives
