The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient check-in/check-out and excellent service throughout the stay.

You will answer inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping, and provide informed recommendations on local dining and activities while maintaining guest records with discretion and accuracy.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework or degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests professionally, setting a positive tone for the stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs accurately and maintain guest records with confidentiality.
• Answer inquiries by phone and in person, provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
• Address guest concerns with empathy to secure positive outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area reflecting hotel standards.
• Provide concierge assistance with dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations.
