Job summary

Extended Stay America in Titusville, Florida, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payments in accordance with company guidelines. This role also involves handling front desk duties, breakfast setup, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

The successful candidate will exemplify ESA's service culture, respond to guest requests with follow-through, and help drive sales opportunities while ensuring safety and property

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and uphold ESA's service culture.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and guest areas in accordance with standards.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
