Job summary

Extended Stay America in Titusville, FL, seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per policy. You will promote our hospitality standards and help resolve guest requests with courtesy.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, maintaining the front desk, and supporting breakfast setup while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a property management system.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best guest experience with 100% commitment.
• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process with courtesy and respect.
• Process reservations, check-in/check-out, payments per guidelines.
• Manage all cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Set up and maintain breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Keep front desk and public areas clean and organized per standards.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations and stays.
• Collect guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests whenever possible.
• Follow safety and security policies and report issues promptly.
