Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer calls promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Count cash and ensure proper cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklist and verify IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest inquiries and needs promptly.
