Schulte Hospitality Group in Surfside, FL is seeking a dynamic Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team. In this role you will supervise front desk operations, ensure exceptional service, manage daily staff schedules, and act as Manager on Duty as required.

We offer daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holiday pay, and competitive compensation in the $21–$23 per hour range.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times.
• Assign specific duties to staff for efficient operation of department.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing associates.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new associates for the department.
• Promote teamwork and associate morale.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure staff responds appropriately.
• Monitors daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages.
• Keeps track of rooms to ensure accurate status and readiness for check-in.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
