Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient with calculator use and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; input and retrieve information from a computer system.
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization; handle cash and balance house accounts.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer phones with clear English, relay messages, and communicate guest requests.
• Maintain neat front desk area and follow safety procedures.
