Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college coursework is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving are essential.
• Basic math, reading/writing, and computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In & Check-Out: warmly welcome guests, issue keys, process check-ins/outs, explain services.
• Communication & Guest Service: answer calls courteously and respond to questions or requests.
• Financial & Billing: process cash/credit payments, balance cash banks, and finalize cashier reports.
• Up-Selling & Reservations: assist guests with bookings and changes to maximize revenue.
• Safe Deposit & Security: manage guest safe deposits and maintain security protocols.
• Problem Solving & Service Recovery: address feedback with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Cross Department Collaboration: coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.
