Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC operates the Holiday Inn Express New Albany, MS, and is seeking a Front Desk Agent (FT or PT) to welcome guests, handle registrations, and assist with reservations and local information.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic computer and cash handling skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Benefits and team discounts are included in the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–12 months of experience in guest relations or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, and handle room reservations.
• Provide quotes for room rates and upsell rooms when possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel services.
• Coordinate between Front Desk and Housekeeping to manage room status.
• Manage phone inquiries and guest services in a courteous, professional manner.
