Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative at our Mendota Heights property. The role involves assisting guests, handling phone inquiries, checking in/out, and processing payments in line with company procedures.

You will support daily front desk operations and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The GSR will engage with guests to resolve issues, promote ESA services, and contribute to a welcoming lobby and breakfast area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Ability to operate property management system tech.
• Comfort handling cash and completing daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right with courtesy.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Record guest information and identify sales leads.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
