Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with guests, management and staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out according to hotel procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments including accurate cash handling.
• Generate and distribute daily reports to departments as required.
• Resolve discrepancies on room status with Housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
