Shaner Group is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to warmly welcome guests, manage efficient check-in and check-out, and resolve inquiries at the front desk in our Florida property.

You will process payments, handle cash according to policies, and provide information on local activities to enhance guest experiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and previous hotel/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior guest services during check-in/check-out.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
