Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Knowledge of front desk operations.
• High school education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and complete check-in before arrival.
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash bank at start/end; report over/shorts per cash procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow proper data handling.
• Follow check-in/out checklist; collect IDs and payment methods.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
