Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• At least 1 year in Front Desk operations.
• Knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Prepare and assemble welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check in before arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile.
• Handle bank and cash drops per procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Process check-in/out with required IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
