Qualifications

• One year minimum in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Assist in preparing welcome amenities and reviewing arrival lists.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and provide information or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank, count cash at start/end of shift, and report discrepancies per cash-handling policies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
