Job summary

Crew Stay Kittery is seeking a courteous Front Desk Associate to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle check-in/check-out processes at our Navy Gateway Inn and Suites property in Kittery, ME. You will coordinate with staff to resolve guest issues and ensure confidentiality and safety of guest information.

Responsibilities include maintaining lobby appearance, processing payments, and responding to guest requests. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude and interact professionally with guests.
• Assist guests with reservations, check-in/out, payments, and provide information about lodging facilities.
• Communicate with lodging associates and report guest issues requiring supervisor attention.
• Process reservations and provide alternative lodging options when needed.
• Train and instruct Front Desk staff and assist in payroll and report preparation.
