Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a front desk professional to welcome guests at a Navy Gateway Inn or Navy Lodge and manage all stages of their stay, including special requests and issue resolution.

The role requires strong communication, guest relations, and familiarity with lodging procedures. You will use the PMS, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure safety and privacy for all guests.

Qualifications

• One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
• One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and answering questions about lodging facilities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, check-in/check-out, and guest room assignments.
• Use the Property Management System (PMS) to access guest info and change or cancel reservations.
