Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Idaho to welcome guests, check them in, and manage payments. You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill requests and ensure a seamless stay.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, proactive service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and guest service experience are preferred; part-time hours and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of guest or customer experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in/out and assign rooms.
• Provide a summary of hotel amenities and services.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Manage cash bank and daily settlements.
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Complete tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
