Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register them, and manage payments. The role requires coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance the overall experience.

The ideal candidate has customer or guest service experience and is attentive, proactive, and able to work with a team in a fast-paced hotel setting. The position supports a dynamic guest experience at Aspen One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assign rooms, and provide a summary of the hotel and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests and abilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and furnished for guests.
• Comply with hotel policies and Aspen One standards.
• Assist in emergency procedures as directed by management.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by management and support other departments as needed.
