Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One in Denver seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in, and manage payments. The role requires coordinating with housekeeping and guest services to fulfill requests and enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of guest-facing experience; part-time schedule on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is preferred, with a pay range of $20.00–$22.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide summary of the hotel and amenities offered to guests.
• Coordinate daily needs or special requests with other departments.
• Recommend restaurants and activities based on guest interests.
• Maintain cash bank and daily settlement procedures.
• Accept reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and clean.
• Adhere to hotel and Aspen One policies.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by management; support other departments as needed.
