Job summary

This part-time position reports to the Front Office Manager and requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced mountain hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Prior front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide summaries of hotel amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments for daily guest needs.
