Job summary

Aspen One in Denver is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, register them, and communicate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.

The position is part-time with Friday–Sunday shifts; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.20 per hour, depending on budget and experience. Applications accepted until August 16, 2026.

You will assist with reservations, cash handling, and guest services in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred
• Previous front desk experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
• Provide summary of the hotel and the amenities offered to guests
• Coordinate with other departments daily needs or special requirements for all hotel guests
• Recommend restaurants and activities for guest’s ability/skill level and interest
• Responsible for maintaining cash bank and for daily settling of cash bank
• Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as staff and business levels demand
• Other duties as assigned
