Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, register arrivals, and provide outstanding service throughout each stay. Responsibilities include making and modifying reservations, answering guest questions, handling check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented, able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends, and proficient with basic computer

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must deliver outstanding customer service and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations with poise.
• Strong communication and numerical skills for guest accounting and billing.
