Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking Front Desk Agents to greet and register guests, manage reservations, and provide outstanding service from arrival through departure. Responsibilities include hotel operations, concierge duties, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (college coursework helpful), strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; strong guest-service mindset is essential.
• Able to multi-task, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems for internal and external guests.
• Must read, write and convey information clearly; basic arithmetic and operating knowledge of Microsoft Office are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests at the Front Desk; provide outstanding guest service throughout the stay.
• Handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, transportation and dining options.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand standards and policies.
