Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Issue room keys and manage guest accounts.
• Resolve guest issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Coordinate guest requests with other hotel services.
• Inform guests of hotel services, features and amenities.
• Greet guests by name when possible and follow rate structures.
• Perform cashiering tasks including bill settlement and posting charges.
