Job summary

Delray Sands Resort in a beachfront setting is seeking a highly organized Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide outstanding service. This part-time role requires open availability with varying shifts, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to diffuse conflicts or tense situations with patience.

You will coordinate with bell staff, assist guests with information and requests, and uphold the resort’s standards of hospitality and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
• Recognizing repeat, VIP status and/or loyalty.
• Administering check-ins and check-outs.
• Providing front desk services to guests.
• Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
• Delivering mail and messages.
• Processing guest payments.
• Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
• Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
• Accommodating general and unique requests.
